Addition of the Ticketing System

To minimize on emails being delivered to SPAM, or JUNK, and to cut down on having to forward emails around to staff for medical questions, billing issues, etc., we created a Help Desk system of Work Tickets. These will allow staff to prioritize questions, booking, medical questions, and general inquiries. The ticketing system is almost done being configured... and staff are being trained on how to field these Work Tickets. Thank you for your patience.
